• Booking of 3 nights or more for Superior Bungalows or Beachfront Studio only
• Please specify Summer Promotion clearly in the voucher otherwise the normal rate will be charged.
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, are inclusive of service charge and Government VAT, and are quoted per room per night.
• There is no charge for children under 12 years of age, sharing the same room with adults and utilizing existing bedding. Breakfast for the children is paid directly to the hotel.
• For the room occupancy allowance, there is a maximum occupancy of 2 children under 12 years of age sharing with 2 adults or 3 adults per room.
• The Triple Room rate is based on 3 adults sharing the same room with an extra bed.

| Land Transfer & Boat Transfer | • Please be advise that the hotel transfer arrangement roundtrip for clients from Phuket - resort - Phuket and
Krabi - resort - Krabi are compulsory. But transfer out to Ko Lanta only is not compulsory. Transfer cost will be advise
• The details of clients should be informed in advance at least 10 days prior to their arrival.
Phuket Transfer :
• Pick up from Phuket hotels about 90 mins before boat departure time
• Speedboat departs from the Boat Lagoon, in the north east of Phuket. Capacity 18 persons.
• Journey time is 1 hour and 30 minutes directly to Phi Phi Island Village beach
• For the return, everything operates in reverse.
• Phuket Boat Lagoon to Pee Pee Island Village: at 08:30 and 13:30 - arrival time 1.5 hrs later
• Pee Pee Island Village to Phuket Boat Lagoon: at 10:30 and 15:30 - arrival time 1.5 hrs later
