Getting to Phi Phi

  There are tours which depart from Phuket and Krabi mainland every day and these typically include transfer from your hotel, boat transfer, lunch and a short stay on Phi Phi Don, and then a return transfer back at around 2.30pm.

If you are planning to stay on Phi Phi Island, which is highly recommended, you can just book a transfer only without the tour elements, and this of course is cheaper.

From Phuket the boat journey takes about 1 and a half hours and about the same from from the Krabi mainland.

The ferry leaves at 08.30 AM and 13.30 PM , twice a day from Phuket Pier to Phi Phi and vice versa and about the same time from Krabi Pier to Phi Phi Pier

Ferry ticket is available at the pier, airport or any tour counters

Getting Around

As there are no cars at all, the pace is very laid back and getting around is done by taking a short walk or a local longtail boat from one beach to the next.
